Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy

Ed was welcoming from the start. I really appreciated his openness and relaxed approach. He allowed me plenty of time to look over the car - completely on my own and never encroaching or looking over my shoulder - and was happy to allow me to test drive the vehicle until I was content. He answered all my questions and we were able to put a deal together quite quickly. Ed was extremely reliable throughout, he kindly arrange some small service works for me prior to collection. The car was ready on time with all work completed as agreed. I would not hesitate to recommend people to visit RAMEK for anyone looking for a small car. He’s always got plenty of stock with something to suit most people and budgets. Dealing with Ed was a pleasure throughout the whole process - and I particularly appreciated him keeping in touch by phone just to update me on progress and confirm collection time. I felt very reassured. So far the car has been great, and as regards my buying experience - I can’t speak highly enough of RAMEK cars.

Just purchased my daughters first car. Ed of Ramek Cars, was very helpful. Gave us the space to view cars and provided us with the opportunity to test drive as many cars as we wanted. (We drove 3 in the end). Purchase was seamless, he had the car MOT'd before we picked it up. Ed was a very helpful and happy fella to deal with... makes a great cup of tea! Edd offers a laid back approach with no pressure or pushy sales tactics. An honest and genuine guy who obviously knows his stuff but won’t stand over you the entire time. I was left alone to view the vehicle in my own time and at my own pace. This also gave my girlfriend and our son a chance to have a look of their own too, a very nice touch! Even during the short time I was there, I could tell by the number of people showing up and the phone constantly ringing with enquiries, Ramek cars is a dealer with a good reputation and for good reason, this came as no surprise judging from the experience I had. Communication was excellent throughout and great understanding shown towards some financial issues I was facing at the time. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ramek cars to anyone looking to buy a car (first, fifth or anytime!)
